PAYMENT OF FEES

This conference accepts payments in RMB or USD.

RMB Payment Methods:

(1) QR Code Payment

Conference delegates can log into the conference website, register, and make online payments using options like Alipay or WeChat Pay.

(2) Bank Transfer

Delegates can log into the conference website, select "Bank Transfer" for payment, and proceed according to the bank account details provided.

(3) On-site Payment

If QR code or bank transfer payment is not possible, delegates can choose to pay on-site. Please note that this payment method does not qualify for early bird discounts.

USD Payment Methods

CANCELLATION

In case the C-MRS conference is canceled, the conference attendees will be entitled to claim the reimbursement of the registration fees. In no case can the Conference Organizers be held liable for the reimbursement of any other cost, such as travel costs, accommodation costs, living expenses, etc. Such costs are the exclusive responsibility of Conference attendees.

To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to cmrs_secretariat@163.com by 30 December 2026. No refunds will be issued on requests after 30 December 2026.
